"Sword Master" is an action-adventure game developed by Athena and published by Activision for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in 1992. The player controls a swordsman hero named Zak armed with a magical sword on a quest to defeat an evil sorcerer and his minions. The game features side-scrolling levels and boss battles, as well as RPG elements such as gaining experience points and leveling up. The game was known for its challenging difficulty and use of parallax scrolling graphics.
