"Mega Man 3" is a side-scrolling action platformer video game developed and published by Capcom for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in 1990. It is the third installment in the "Mega Man" series, and follows the titular character as he battles against a group of rogue robots called the "Robot Masters," who have been reprogrammed by the evil Dr. Wily. The game features eight new Robot Masters, each with their own unique weapon, as well as new gameplay features such as the ability to slide along the ground and a robotic canine companion named Rush.
