Guerilla Wars is a 1987 run and gun game developed by SNK for the Nintendo Entertainment System. The game can be played solo or cooperatively with a friend, and requires players to battle their way through levels filled with enemy soldiers, tanks, and helicopters in order to liberate a fictional Latin American country from a tyrannical dictator. The game features a variety of weapons and power-ups that can be collected, as well as boss battles against heavily armed opponents.
