Spy Hunter Game (NES)
Spy Hunter is an arcade vehicle combat action game developed by Bally Midway and published in 1983. The game is based on the James Bond films and was initially intended to carry the James Bond brand. The game aims to drive down the road in the technologically advanced "Interceptor" car and destroy numerous opposing cars using the onboard armaments. Spy Hunter was available in both sit-down and regular upright configurations, with the latter being more popular. Spy Hunter arcade game was followed by Spy Hunter II, which introduced a 3D view and two-player split-screen play, a pinball tie-in, and a Spy Hunter successor series of games. In addition, a sequel dubbed Super Spy Hunter was released for the NES.
