Star Fox is a series of sci-fi themed video games developed by Nintendo. The original game, released in 1993 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES), introduced players to the character of Fox McCloud and his team of anthropomorphic animal pilots, who fly advanced spacecraft called Arwings. The gameplay revolves around navigating through levels filled with enemy ships and obstacles, while shooting down enemies and avoiding hazards.
