"Columns" is a puzzle video game originally developed by Sega for the arcade in 1989, and later ported to various home consoles including the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES). In the game, players must manipulate falling columns of three different colored gems in order to create lines or groups of three or more gems of the same color, causing them to disappear and granting points. The game features both single player and two-player modes, as well as various difficulty levels and speed settings.
