"Friday the 13th" is a survival horror video game released for the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1989. The game is based on the slasher film franchise of the same name, and players take on the roles of camp counselors who must defend themselves against the iconic villain Jason Voorhees while trying to rescue children scattered throughout the campgrounds. The game features exploration, puzzle-solving, and combat elements, as well as multiple endings depending on the player's success in defeating Jason.
